Room to room
Place to place.
A nomad
Suggesting industry
(But really begging for it).
At various stages of unread
The sand of my house-dust’s biome
Doesn’t stick
Only because
A vain pursuit
Of usage
Keeps them moving.
Nevertheless
Were I to leave one behind
It’d most assuredly be
The exact one I “needed”
And didn’t have.
So I’ll keep living
This way
Room to room
(And place to place).
A nomad
Whose imperative necessities
Are stacks of books
– And though a constant
Something akin to worship –
Lugged quite unceremoniously
Everywhere I go.
You are kind of like “Rory” on The Gilmore Girls, I know your still watching it 🙂

Zoe tells me that too. Greg thinks I’m like Lorelai and Rory’s just started at Yale :).

Isn’t it a good show ? Smart, funny, sad, kind of quirky at times, good writing, and for me… easy to look at.
But, Rory is always carrying books around everywhere she goes.

Great show; writing’s fantastic, not to mention all the literary and music references.
